Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit on full-price clothing items.

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the amount paid.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered if an item is deemed faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@rusticburrowtradingco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos.

Faulty items will be assessed and, if approved, refunded or replaced.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued on sale items, so please choose carefully.

 

HYGIENE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings

  • Swimwear, underwear, or similar items

Unless deemed faulty.
